Overview
Treatments
Not every change can be assigned to a single operation. This overview leads to the main treatment areas and helps you move from a concern to the appropriate medical information.
Volume, tissue descent, size and implants are assessed separately — the procedure follows from this, not the other way round.
Brow position, eyelid skin, midface, neck and nose work together. The examination decides which procedure is appropriate.
Fat distribution and skin quality determine whether liposuction is sufficient or skin must be removed.
A second operation is planned differently from a first: the previous operation, scar tissue and current anatomy set the frame.
A discreet treatment area. Anatomical variation is normal; reasons for a consultation are usually irritation, symptoms during sport or with clothing, and marked asymmetry.

When the assignment is unclear
Many concerns lie between two procedures. The decision guides compare two possible paths and describe which findings speak for which path.

A good decision begins with a conversation.
The initial consultation is about clarification, not selling. It does not necessarily end with a surgery date — often it brings the realisation that a different approach, or no procedure at all, is the right choice.
