General terms and conditions
1. Scope and contracting party
These general terms and conditions apply to consultation and treatment services for which NP Aesthetics GmbH is expressly agreed to be the contracting party.
NP Aesthetics GmbH Brandschenkestrasse 45 8002 Zürich, Switzerland Phone: +41 77 503 39 07 Email: hello@npaesthetics-zurich.ch
The provider of each service and the contracting party will be identified in the appointment confirmation or treatment agreement before the service is commissioned. Separately agreed services provided by other providers are subject to their contractual agreements. Operating this website alone does not establish a treatment contract.
Individual agreements for your treatment take precedence over these terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Information on the website
The content of the website provides general information. It does not replace a personal examination, diagnosis, individual recommendation or medical explanation for informed consent.
Suitability for treatment is assessed in a personal consultation and on the basis of clinical findings. A contact enquiry does not establish an entitlement to a particular treatment.
3. Consultations and appointments
Appointments are by arrangement. An enquiry only becomes an agreed appointment once the practice has confirmed it.
A consultation for surgical procedures that has taken place costs CHF 250. It is an independent medical service and does not oblige you to undergo subsequent treatment. If you subsequently book an operation with us, the consultation fee is credited in full towards the price of surgery; there is no time limit on this credit.
Please inform us as early as possible if you cannot attend an appointment. Any special cancellation conditions or compensation for missed appointments must be communicated separately and clearly, and validly agreed, before a binding appointment is made. These terms do not impose a flat-rate missed-appointment or cancellation fee.
4. Treatment planning and consent
Before treatment, the planned steps, possible alternatives, material risks, limitations and aftercare requirements will be discussed with you. Treatment requires your informed consent and must be medically justifiable.
You may ask questions, take time to consider and decide against treatment. Consent to a procedure is not equivalent to general acceptance of website terms. The statutory right to terminate a mandate remains unaffected; any financial consequences are governed by applicable law and valid individual agreements.
5. Treatment costs and payment
Before planned treatment for which a fee is charged, you will receive information about the agreed services and costs. The specific scope of services, items included and charged separately, and payment arrangements are determined individually.
Published prices do not replace this agreement. For prices stated as “from”, the final amount depends on the agreed scope. Additional chargeable services will be explained and agreed; special situations involving medical care that cannot be delayed are governed by statutory requirements.
Insurance coverage of costs is not guaranteed. Please clarify possible coverage or prior approval in advance. Even medically indicated treatment is not automatically covered by every insurer.
6. Information and cooperation
Please inform your treating physician about relevant pre-existing conditions, previous procedures, allergies, medication, dietary supplements and other circumstances relevant to treatment. Inform us of relevant changes before a planned procedure.
Individual preparation and aftercare instructions will be discussed with you. If you cannot follow them or do not understand them, contact the practice. You should not change your medication or aftercare on your own initiative.
7. Aftercare and treatment outcome
Follow-up examinations and personal aftercare instructions form part of treatment planning. Your individual agreement determines which services are included.
Healing and results can vary from person to person. A particular aesthetic result, complete symmetry or a complication-free course cannot be guaranteed. This does not limit either the medical duty of care owed or statutory liability claims.
A later corrective procedure is not automatically free of charge. The reason, medical necessity, scope of services and any cost arrangements must be clarified individually. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
8. Postponement or cancellation
Please contact us early if you wish to make a change. Medical reasons may also require the treatment team to postpone or cancel. The consequences will be clarified according to the individual circumstances, valid agreements and statutory requirements.
Acceptance of these terms does not preclude a medically necessary cancellation. These terms contain no blanket provision requiring payment of the full treatment price for every cancellation.
9. Communication
For organisational questions, you can reach us by phone or email. Please send sensitive medical information only through the communication channel agreed with the treatment team. Information on data processing during communication is available in the privacy policy.
10. Data protection and confidentiality
Information on the processing of personal data through the website is available in the privacy policy. Information about medical documentation and communication within the treatment relationship will be explained separately where necessary.
The use of patient images or treatment information for advertising is not part of these terms. Where applicable, separate, purpose-specific consent is required.
11. Liability and applicable law
Liability is governed by statutory provisions. These terms contain no blanket exclusion of liability for medical errors or personal injury.
Swiss law applies unless mandatory provisions specify otherwise. Mandatory statutory jurisdictions and rights remain unaffected.
12. Version and changes
The applicable version is the one validly incorporated when the contract is concluded. Subsequent changes on the website do not automatically amend agreements already concluded.
